The guided Choco-Tasting is conducted by one of our Choco-experts, making you taste different types of chocolate, starting with an introduction on the history, origins and production of chocolate, from the tree to the chocolate bar, passing through the cabossa and the tempering.
It will be possible to take the opportunity to embark on a sweet journey to discover chocolate.
And at the end of the tasting, a live demonstration on the creation of hand-made chocolates ... reproducible at home and all to be tasted freshly made!
