It is necessary to make a deposit?
A confirmation deposit is required only during certain times of the year
If you're unable to come or find yourself forced to cancel your reservation after already paying a deposit, what happens?
On certain dates, we require a deposit: if your stay falls within this period, we will inform you of our cancellation policy in addition to the deposit requirement.
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 or 3 days before arrival, the deposit is usually refundable; however, if you cancel after this deadline, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit will be charged.

The hotel is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), near the historic center, 1.1 km from Piazza Partigiani, the starting point of the escalators leading to the historic center.
The nearest exit from the Perugia–Bettolle highway is PREPO.
Is it easy to find a charging station for electric cars near the hotel?
There’s a charging station for electric cars right in front of the Chocohotel.

Chocohotel offers 2 outdoor parking and a garage, ungarded but free for our guests
Which is the nearest railway station? Does the hotel offer a shuttle service from/to the railway station?
The main railway station in Perugia, Fontivegge, is 1 km from the hotel. Chocohotel doesn’t provide a shuttle service, but you can take a taxi from the taxi rank in front of the station or take the buses A and G.
Does your hotel provide a shuttle service from/to the airport?
There’s a private shuttle service from/to the airport. The bus stop at the airport is right in front of main terminal entrance.

At what time it is possible to check-in? And at what time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?
Check-in is guaranteed from 2:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM Monday through Friday and by 11:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, on the day of departure.
Are rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, Chocohotel dispose of rooms equipped for people with disabilities and every environment is accessible.
Is the hotel always open or does it have a closing time? Is there always someone at the front desk?

Can children sleep in the bed with their parents? Up to what age?
Children under 1 year of age may sleep in their parents' bed at no extra charge. For children over 1 year of age, a travel cot is available for €15.00 per night. For children over 3 years of age, a triple room must be booked.
It is possible to bring one’s own pets? If it’s possibile, is there an additional fee to pay?
Considering that it is not a pet hotel, we decided to respect the needs of all our customers. We kindly ask you to communicate your pet’s presence (no more than one animal per room will be allowed to stay, with a weight limit of 15kg).
Your pets are welcome in all common areas of the hotel, provided they are kept on a leash, EXCEPT in the breakfast room, meeting rooms, and swimming pool area. Small dogs (up to 15 kg) are allowed in the breakfast room.
Restaurant (located inside the hotel but operated separately).
There is a €10 surcharge per night.
Is access to the pool free?
The Chocohotel pool is open only during the summer season from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. It is free for guests to use. Swim caps are required. The hotel does NOT provide bath towels, and pets are not allowed.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is always included in our packages. You really can't miss the fantastic and mouthwatering GLUTTON ISLAND!
Can I have breakfast even if I'm not staying at the Hotel?
Sure! You can book breakfast at Glutton Island for just €18 per person on weekdays and €21 per person on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Children ages 0–1 eat for free, and children ages 1–4 pay €5 per person. You can eat as much chocolate as you want from our buffet, just like an all-you-can-eat chocolate feast, and you’ll receive a “Gourmet Certificate” at the end of the experience! What are the breakfast room and restaurant opening hours?
The breakfast room, on the first floor, is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, on Saturday, Sunday and pre-holidays and holidays from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM; The Buonenuove restaurant, within the hotel but with a separate management, is on the ground floorI and it is open at lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, at dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday may coincide with the closing day, for this reason it is appropriate to inquire when booking.

What does the restaurant offer?
The Buonenuove Restaurant, within the hotel but with a separate management, offers à la carte meals or a half board formula. Half board must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. The cost for adults is €25 per person and €21 for children under 12, and includes one first course, one main course with side dishes, and one dessert; drinks are not included.
Do you have gluten-free products? Do you have celiac/veggie/vegan meals or menus?
Both Buonenuove Restaurant, within the hotel but with separate management, and Chocohotel for breakfast service, are registered with the Italian Celiac Association, so for both breakfast and meals include gluten-free dishes. Veggie and/or vegan dished can be chosen upon request.
It is possibile to leave the luggage with you?
Yes, the Chocohotel arranges a free luggage storage.
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
Upon request, the Chocohotel offers an external laundry service.

How to get to the city center?
From the Chocohotel it is possible to get to the city center by bus line A or G, the nearest bus stop is right in front of the hotel; you can buy tickets at the reception or at any newsstand or tobacco shop, the price is of 1.50€ with a 70 minutes validity, it is free for children under 6 years old; Another option can be the minimetro from the “Fontivegge” railway station with destination “Pincetto”, same ticket. Eventually, you can get downtown by walking uphill for abut 25 minutes.

The most convenient parking lot is Piazza Partigiani parking, from which you can find escalators that reach the center.
